February 18, 2012: Winter’s Night
Snow in Canada

Winter’s Night: "Large wet flakes, mild temperature, no sunshine and no wind are needed to make the snow cling to even the smallest branch. A night sky and a flash result in a strangely flat picture with nearly no depth of field."

Now isn't that just lovely. And so many don't like winter. I love it and I love this photo. Well done Ingeborg.

Look! How the purity of snow adorns our leafless trees in winter. We give thanks and celebrate this season of rest and renewal. With its very own beauty, it delights our heart. We give thanks and we celebrate.

Contrary to popular belief the word "white" is not a racial comment or slur! It can be used for natural neural networks of ice, just in snow white... :D Wonderful close-up photo Ingeborg, thanks a lot.
